RatioMaster is a program wich can be used to make upload for a selected torrent file. You chose the upload speed , upload amount the precent at wich the torrent file is at the moment and also, the download speed.You can start it several time at one time so you upload to more torrents at the same time. The upload speed doesn’t affect the speed of the internet connection, you can download at the same time with full speed. Just sellect the file, set the speed and amout and start uploading.
